Colorful Veggie Sauce Pasta
When I think about comfort food, pasta always comes to my mind; there are SO many ways you can prepare it!
So
for those days when I want to make something delicious but still easy I
always end up creating a new recipe with what I have in my kitchen. This
recipe is one of those inventions; I love it that much that I prepare
it once a month, that's why I thought I would share it with you!
Before
we start I want to say that you can also change or add anything you
like to this recipe, you can make this with anything you can have in
your fridge!
Colorful Veggie

-8 Brussels Sprouts
-3 stalks spring
onions, finely chopped

-1 oz whole peeled tomatoes can
-Salt & pepper to
taste
1 Heat a pan with
some olive oil, add garlic and onions until they start turning gold then add
your veggies.

chunks of tomatoes, after the veggies have been cooking for about 5 min add the
tomatoes and let it cook for 20 min.
