Banana & Oats Pancakes
Breakfast is my
favorite meal of the day, every night I go to bed thinking about what I'm going
to eat the next morning. I basically base my day on my breakfast, If I have a
good, healthy and delicious breakfast I know my day will be great, that tells
you how important is for me to have a good one. Today I'm going to share with
you one of my favorites recipes, it is not only super easy to make but super
tasty.
These banana
pancakes are great to start your day the right way, the eggs add the protein,
the oats the fiber, bananas have tons of good things, they are full of
potassium and gives you energy, cinnamon has also amazing properties it is good
for your brain, colon, blood circulation and much more.
You'll need:
3 Medium ripe
bananas
1 cup of oats
(grounded)
1 whole egg and 2
egg whites
1 1/2 tsp of
cinnamon
1 tsp of vanilla
extract
This mixture makes 4
medium size pancakes.
1 Mash up your
bananas. I like leaving some chunks
2 add your eggs,
vanilla and cinnamon
3 add the oat flour
4 Spray your pan
with coconut oil and start making your pancakes.
