Stuffed Mushrooms
If there is
something I'm always in for, are canapes or tapas. That little introduction to
what you know will be a great meal. Well, I'm about to give you an easy yet
delicious recipe that will leave your guests (if you have them, I could totally
do this just for myself) impressed with your cooking and hosting skills.
You will need: This
recipe makes 14.
14 mushrooms
5 gloves of garlic
7 cherry tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
*optional*
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp cooking wine
Salt and pepper to
taste
- Clean your mushrooms and carefully remove the stalks (I don’t wash my mushrooms because they become soggy, I peel them).
- Cut the stalks into small pieces and finely cut your garlic.
- In a hot pan add the olive oil and saute the garlic and mushrooms stalks, add salt and pepper to taste. After a minute add the cooking wine and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Spoon the filling into your mushroom caps and arrange on a baking sheet, cap upside down. Cut your cherry tomatoes on half and place on top each mushroom.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
