Kale Chips




If you are a bit of a snacker as I am, this recipe will help you sasciate the anxiaty to eat something without having to think about how healthy is what you are putting in your body. These chips are super easy to make, and I have to say, it actuallly surprised me how tasty they are!


For this recipe you will need:


Kale
Paprika
Chilli flakes  *optional
Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry. We don´t want soggy kale.
  2. Drizzel some olive oil, paprika, chilli flakes, if you are using them, and salt and peper to taste. Massage all the spices into the kale until they are all covered.
  3. Bake until the edges are a little brown at 180° C for about 10 to 15 minutes. But check every couple of minutes so they dont get burnt.
