Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Let's ignore the fact that summer is almost over, because this one you can make whenever you please. Just freeze some of this summer delicious fresh fruits for the rest of the year and voila, a summery bowl all year around. I've always been a fan of warm breakfast, it's my favorite meal of the day and I want to make the most of it, but when I tried smoothie bowls I found them quite comforting, mostly on those days I feel like eating lighter or with the appetite for something fresh. I love adding granola, seeds, coconut flakes, dried fruits or fresh fruits on top. I love having something to chew, it makes me feel fuller at the end. Is it just me?.

I love making different version of the smoothie bowl, I mean, you can throw in whatever you want it’s super versatile, I'll soon share other recipes so you can have different options, but this one if definitely my favorite, and is because it combines my favorite fruits. Hope you give it a try and enjoy it as much as I do.

You will need: Makes 2

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

1 pitted peach

1 cup coconut milk

1. Add your milk and fruits to your blender and blend until smooth. If is too thick add more milk.
2. Serve and have fun with the toppings. It’s my favorite part.
